u should get him gta 4 its a very good game and it does feel like a mob u just go around kill ppl do anything get drunk change clothes steal cars or motorcycles another game thats good is far cry 2 its the same but in the desert and another is saints row 2 were ur a gangster and get to create ur own person any of the 3 would be fine
