help setup for net jet game system by hasbro?

i bought a net jet online game system and when i would press start to play mission paintball it says wait loading game but dosnt load or start the game.do youmknow why this is happening.

i got a netjet and i remember it took a while for it to load but eventually it happened. give it like 5-10 minutes and if nothing happens just re-install it.
